Vanilla Coconut Oats Smoothie Bowl

            This quick and easy breakfast smoothie bowl can save you a lot of time in the mornings. Just freeze a banana the night before and get yourself some:



  • Vanilla Extract
  • Oats
  • Coconut Milk
  • Almond Milk
  • Ice
  • Pecan
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • Shredded Coconut



  1. Place frozen banana, 1/2 cup of coconut milk and almond milk, 2 tbsp of Vanilla Extract, 1/2 cup of oats, and ice in a blender and blend away until it reaches a pudding-thick mixture.
  2. Place Mixture in a bowl and garnish with sliced banana, coconut shreds, and pecan.
