Creamy Pumpkin Pasta

This has to be one of the quickest vegan meals that I’ve made so far. The noodles were the only thing that took a bit of time. Creamy warm and delicious, sort of looks like Mac n Cheese but it tastes way better.
Ingredients:
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 1-2 cans of Pumpkin puree
- 3 quarters of Coconut Milk
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pasta Noodles
- Pinch of Salt
Directions:
- Set your noodles to boil until soft
- Place 2 tbsps of oil in saucepan, add minced garlic
- Add 1-2 cans of pumpkin puree into saucepan
- Add three-quarters of a cup of coconut milk into saucepan
- Add a pinch of salt
- Stir until smooth & add finished pasta noodles into saucepan, mix together and serve
