Midnight Mint Mocha & Limited Edition Starbucks Frappuccino Taste Test

Midnight Mint Mocha Frappuccino | Smores | Vanilla Bean | Green Creme

Welcome back to my blog, today I’m going to share with you my take on the trendy new Frappuccinos from Starbucks. Starting from the front, left, back and then right we have, Midnight Mint Mocha, Smores, Vanilla Bean & Green Creme Frappuccinos. If you’d like to see a live review of me tasting these tasty drinks, check out my Youtube channel. I’ll start with my favorite of the four, the Midnight Mint Mocha. This frappuccino reminds me of those slim mint chocolates, I’m not a dark chocolate lover, mostly enjoy white chocolate. But this drink was satisfying, it was so delicious and smooth, not too sweet and not too chocolaty. It’s a limited edition so if you’d like to try it, head out to your nearest Starbucks and try it today, I’d most certainly purchase it again 8/10.

Next up another limited edition frappuccino, the Smores. This is my number two pick because it doesn’t taste like a Smores, I was actually quite disappointed. You may be wondering, how is it your second pick if you’re disappointed, well I’ll tell you. The Smores is my second pick because it actually tastes like Coffee Crisp, the chocolate bar, which I also love. It tastes like caramel and coffee, not gram crackers, caramilk and marshmallow like it should. I would purchase it again and give it a 6/10.

Now let’s talk about the classic Vanilla Bean, I’m willing to bet that you’ve probably tried this frappuccino once already. It’s creamy and tastes like vanilla, I’m not sure what all the hype is about it at all as I find it to be way too sweet. I couldn’t finish one cup even if I tried, my kids seem to love it though. Try yourself and let me know your opinion of it. I wouldn’t purchase it again and give it a 4/10.

Last and certainly the least for me, unfortunately, is The Green Creme. This drink contains Matcha, which is great for you. This frappuccino tastes like dirt, grass and dirty water. Everyone in my home that tasted it had the same opinion. I would never purchase this drink again and give it a 2/10, because if you’ve ever had Buckley’s or “wash out” you know there are worse tasting drinks out there.
