5 Minute Cooking Time & 298Cals

                Good morning, thank you for returning to my blog once again, and yes I’m sitting here with my tea and my laptop enjoying this delicious bowl of warm oats featured above. One thing about Oats that I absolutely adore is, it’s effortless ability to be so customizable. Depending on your palate, or mood that day, you can build this bowl to taste. Today I’ve mixed it up and used the following ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Raw Oats
  • 1 Tbsp of Cacao Nibs
  • 1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
  • Blueberries

Bring water to a boil, then mix in oats, cook for 3 – 5minutes (stir often), and let stand for 1 minute

               This combination of ingredients gives it a very warm earthy calm taste, I nearly crawled back into bed after consuming it. Not only was it just what I needed this morning, it’s also healthy, who can beat that?  Summer is rapidly approaching and the warm weather always gives me an added boost of energy to become more active and make healthier choices. If you’re looking to try something different for breakfast, try this.
